It's raining. If all your plans for Saturday have been wiped out with the rain (like mine), stay home and prepare for tomorrow's discussion by reading the new document that I just posted in the files section. In the document are a number of views about morality and reason. If you only have time to read one, read the views of Antonio Damasio:

Antonio Damasio is the David Dornsife Professor of Neuroscience and the director of the Brain and Creativity Institute at the University of Southern California. He is the author of Descartes' Error and Self Comes to Mind, which will be published later this year.

Also, if you don't have plans for this coming Wednesday evening (7pm) and you're feeling adventurous, come to Infusion Tea in College Park(1600 Edgewater Dr.). One of our own philosophers, Swami "world traveler", along with other writers and Soft Exposure poets, will be sharing his brand of expression to adventure through words and hi-tech imagery. I've heard him before -- great show! (For more information, see Swami's post on our web page.)

I hope to see you there. (Come early).
