Let's Play! (NYC) and plan our first meetup!

Hello everyone! I'm so pleased to see how much interest there is in this little group, and I can't wait to get started.

First of all, meetup.com provides us with a handy little mailing list: [address removed]
I encourage you all to utilize this to ask and share stories about Play.

We're in the process of preparing for our first meetup! It's going to be here, at Gilt's midtown HQ. We're eyeballing the last weeks of May; probably the week beginning Monday the 21st.

Here's what I need from you all: What would you like to see out of this first meetup? Is there anyone out there who would like to give a talk? Let's start the discussion (on [address removed]) and see where it goes from there. Look for a time and date of our first meetup soon.

I'm super excited to be growing a home in NY for the community of engineers using the Play framework. I look forward to meeting you all. Please send the word out to your colleagues that this group exists -- the more who are turned on to Play framework the better. We'll see you all soon.

Cheers,
Mark
