We started this group, as we wanted to develop an easy way for parents to join exercise classes. We hold circuit classes near playgrounds. While the parents workout, the kids play safely nearby. We also use the same format for our indoor classes.
The purpose of the group is to let parents know about PlayFit classes and to start new classes across Calgary and Canada. We are looking for instructors and we are also looking for Volunteer Community Coordinators (VCCs) to start PlayFit in their own neighbourhoods. VCCs take classes for free!
Please join PlayFit Canada if you are interested in participating in fitness classes while your kids play safely nearby. OUTDOOR classes are $10 per or 10-Card for $95. INDOOR classes are $15 per or 10-card for $120. Babysitting is $1-$2 per child per class. It's very affordable!
