We will meet at the bleachers at Westcott field at SMU (it surounds a track).
From 75 Central, go West on Mockingbird and park in the shopping center lot at Mockingbird and Airline Rd (next to LeMadeline).
Walk along Airline rd and Westcott Field is on the left behind the big football stadium (The Gerald Ford Stadium).
We will do various exercises on the bleachers and I promise to show you things that you haven't tried before. Scott Colby will lead the group on an intense workout (but of course, feel free to slow down and go at your own pace). We'll do a complete full-body workout and you'll learn the type of training that burns fat the fastest.
We will be there for about 45 minutes. Please bring water.
