Pole Dancing and Exotic Fitness classes are located at The Girls Room in Dallas, Texas. We teach women of all ages to get the physique they desire through dance and self awareness. We teach you the art of being "sexy" while having fun and becoming F.I.T.! Our classes are designed to get you FIT and how to feel good about being YOU!

We are offering you a class every Saturday at 1pm for Pole Dancing and also our Exotic Flo Fitness Class, on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Each class is only $15 to Drop in (reg. $25) for Meet up members. We are offering YOU the opportunity to "try" out our new fitness concept to get you in fantastic shape... and we hope you consider becoming a member of our studio. Please mention that you are a member of this Meet Up Group when you arrive, so we can look up your reservation. This is only to "drop in" on the Saturday class at 1pm and the Wednesday Exotic Flo class at 6:30pm, each class is $15 and a consistant way to keep you motivated by The Girls Room.

This is a GREAT way to meet new girlfriends and laugh your way to being F.I.T.
