We are all working hard and doing so good on eating healthy and learning new dishes that we can create and enjoy, So bring your favorite Vegetarian, Vegan or raw food dish and enough to share with the group as well as copies of the recipe to set by your dish for others to take home with them. We all are doing great with our healthy eating and learning and sharing, but I think it is also just as important to give the mind a rest and get out in nature and just play, relax or just take in the fresh air and scenery. It is by far the best, free, therapeutic and healing source we have to give to our selves. I'm going to try to have a sign with our name on it, and I will get there early and save a covered table for us as well as bring paper plates, cups, plastic utensils, and napkins. Since every one has there own preference of beverages I will let every one bring there own. Bring some fun toys if you like, Frisbees, hoopla hoops, foot ball, kites if there is room to fly? And if you just need to rest and relax, bring a blanket and go for it. Just come and you know with this group we will have fun.
