The PolkVeg Connection is a local support organization for people to connect who have an interest in or are currently committed to a vegetarian, vegan or raw food lifestyle. The purpose of this group is to educate, offer friendship and support and build community on vegetarian, vegan/raw living in the village of Polk County, Florida. We will support each other through pot luck meals, education, seminars, information sharing and resources. Everyone with a desire to incorporate healthy eating into their lifestyle is welcome to join. Come to a local PolkVeg Connection Meetup to discuss living a healthy lifestyle, have delicious meals, share your favorite recipes and make new friends. Everyone is welcome!
