-          Platters of house charcuterie, with caperberries, Sicilian olives, balsamic oil and house focaccia 

-          Semolina dusted salt & pepper calamari for the table 

Mains (alternate drops): 

-          Grilled half free range chicken, lemon, thyme, cherry tomatoes 

-          Lamb backstrap tagliata, rocket, pecorino 

Vege option - Casarecce pasta, broccolini, fresh chilli, pangrattato, parmigiano

-          House cut chips, house aioli 

-          Mixed leaf salad, shaved beetroot, cherry tomatoes, lemon oil dressing
