Hi. I'm Cassie. I used to practice meditation every now and thenbut I've lost touch & I really need to get back into it.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION is simple:
2)sit very still
3)be present - that is, pay attention non-judgmentally to the present moment…here…now…allowing everything to be exactly as it is.
