I'm a mad scientist at heart and love to experiment. Tried and true is not that interesting, but taking the culinary road less traveled may reveal fascinating new tastes, ingredients and combinations. I'm not partial to any one particular cuisine. That said, I draw the line at eating bugs. Or guts. :oP
I would say that I'm a very good cook, but not a chef. I have a lot of experience creating food for all sorts of events, but I don't know how to chuck an oyster - for example.
I'd like to meet new people and have good times. It will be great to exchange ideas around food, and ideas in general.

I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen. For many years I have catered. My approach to cooking is using whole, local, seasonal, organic ingredients. I love bringing diverse people together to embark on culinary adventures.
I totally love this meetup group because it is compiled of the most awesome members. We regularly have tons of fun, eat amazing food, and everyone contributes to make each event special. You all rock!! I hope to continue to grow this group for a long time.
