This a Meetup for folks ready (or almost, anyway, with a little encouragement and support) to confront the sadness, worry, inertia, hopelessness and fear that keep us isolated from one another and at the mercy of painful feelings and events that seem beyond our control.
We hope you'll join us. If so, you'll find we offer a wide range of social events (live music, museum visits, super-crafty art happenings, hiking and other outdoor activities, movie, theater, comedy and improv nights, supper clubs, board & card game gatherings, etc.) with like-minded others who can appreciate, first-hand, how uniquely dispiriting these challenges can be.
In addition, we offer discussion, peer support, and skill-building groups to 1) get to know ourselves better, and 2) learn to support each other in making life changes to become happier, more intentional, and free. These groups encourage us to think more creatively & optimistically and help sustain the energy needed to take action to feel better.
We're warm, spirited, friendly folk who want nothing more than for everyone on earth to be as happy as possible. We hope to see you at one of our events soon!
