Introduction
Because I believe people that drive cars need to be more aware of others that need the road like bicycle commuters like myself. Year round commuter, can't wait for this summer to go down hill on my STP-2!!
What are you looking to get out of this group?
To be more involved in whats going on in our city as far as bicyclist's rights and to also meet others that are as into biking as I am.
Would you like to have mentor to help you "learn the ropes" about commuting by bicycle, or would you be willing to be a mentor to someone else?
I would love to be a mentor for a beginner cycle commuter.
Where do you commute from and to, and how many miles round-trip is it?
All over Portland, South Portland, from Portland to Biddeford, and from Portland to Lewiston. When I lived in Texas, me and a group of riders made a 3 day journey from Houston to Austin and back. It was great.
How long have you been commuting by bike?
Since age 4.
