Hi! Recently moved to PDX and looking for some running motivation. I've done the San Fran Half, but since I've been a maintenance runner -- about 5k three times a week. I'm a fairly slow runner and would appreciate subsets with different levels. :)
motivation
sustaining more distance and perhaps speed
being in nature (trail runs) and the feeling post-run

Hi Andrea, Welcome to the group. Hope you got some surf last Saturday with your friends as I see you made it to Agate Beach -- either that or a thief now has your Surf Monopoly game.
