Well St Patrick's Day falls on Sunday this year and there are lot's of events, many start on Friday and go all weekend.   Remember DON"T DRINK AND DRIVE, DRINK RESPONSIBLY - and another option - DON"T DRINK BUT HAVE FUN!

Sellwood-Moreland’s 15th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival and Parade

WHAT: Come join the fun at the Sellwood-Moreland’s 15th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival and Parade at St. Agatha Catholic School. 

New this year, a 5k Fun Run will kick-off the festival at 11 a.m. At noon join hundreds of people and parade through the main streets of the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood beginning and ending at St. Agatha Catholic School. The parade will feature the Sellwood Middle School Marching Band, an Irish bagpiper, Irish Wolfhounds, Portland Fire & Rescue’s big fire truck, Portland Police’s Traffic Division’s motorcycle police, children with decorated bikes and wagons and a lot of people proudly wearing Irish green.
