Are you ready for some Raw Vegan Training? For this special meetup, I'll be hosting a workout at my home gym. Anyone who's interested in working out with fruit-focused people is welcome. There's a possibility that we'll do two workout options depending on who ends up attending: one heavy weight training workout and one lighter calisthenics workout for anyone who feels more comfortable with that. After the workout, we can hang out in the backyard, enjoy the sun, and have a fruitluck! If you're interested and can make it, please RSVP and make sure to fill out the question about your fitness level/experience. As we get closer to the event, I'll send out the address. Space is going to be limited so we're setting a cap at 8 people.
