Hot Tip: Wildflowers in their prime at Mount Rainier!

Fellow Trekkers,
Contemplating a backpack trip around Mount Rainier? Now is the time to do it and see all of the wildflowers before they are gone. Most trails are snow-free or passable and campsites are plenty. I was really surprised how quite the park was last week!!

Just returned from the northern loop and found myself in fields of many varieties of flowers with beautiful vistas and perfect weather. Make sure you reserve your camp site through through USFS website. Most are walk-in, but if you get on their site, you can secure your site(s).

Happy Trails! smile
