Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) invites 50 cyclists to fight AIDS by joining us in the STP (204-mile bicycle ride from Seattle to Portland  on Team Ride4CAP! Ride4CAP combines the fun of the 204-mile Seattle-to-Portland bike ride with your commitment to fight AIDS in a new way to build community, raise awareness, and raise essential funds.  Register at www.Ride4CAP.org and raise $1,000 or more in donations, and you’ll get a supported ride, including registration; a cycling jersey; transport of you, your bike and gear to Seattle; meals, snacks and accommodations along the route; and road crew support.
