Our 50th Meetup! Undisputedly Funny with Headliner Gabriel Rutledge! $10/Door

Wow!  Just wow!  Not only will this be our 50th Meetup, but the PDX Comedy Fans group has just reached over 500 Laughaholics.  Thank You all so much for being a part of this!  Now, let's party!

Our 50th Meetup will be at a show with an absolutely STELLAR lineup of Comedic Talent including a Feature Comic visiting all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada, and a Headliner that rocked Comedy Central's Live at Gotham!  (Among many other credits)

Here are more details from the show's event page on Facebook:

Comedy is back at Undefeated with a special Cinco De Mayo edition of "Undisputedly Funny" A Stand-Up Comedy Headliner series that features a different touring headliner every show.

This month's line-up is as Follows:

Host: Scott Von Wald
Special Guest: Lance Edward
Featuring: Rissa Riss (Las Vegas, NV)
Headlining: Gabriel Rutledge (Comedy Central Live at Gotham)

Headliner Bio:

Gabriel Rutledge

Since abandoning his successful pizza delivery career in 2000, Gabriel's combination of talent, hard work, and lack of a fall back plan have made him into one of North America's finest touring comics. Although, honestly he hasn't done much in Mexico.

A past winner of the prestigious Seattle International Comedy Competition, Gabriel has made television appearances on Comedy Central's Live at Gotham, the nationally syndicated Comedy.TV, and Nickelodeon's Nick Mom Night Out.

He is also a frequent guest on the Bob and Tom radio show, heard in over 150 cities.

Gabriel has performed at the HBO/TBS Comedy Festival in Las Vegas and The Great American Comedy Festival held in Johnny Carson's hometown of Norfolk, Nebraska.

He has made at least 4 people pee their pants.

Gabriel's CD "Sometimes Laughter Hurts" was released on Uproar Entertainment, and can be heard on the "Raw Dog" Comedy Channel on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio.

Rutledge makes his home in one of the great entertainment capitals of the world; Olympia Washington.

This show is 21 and over with valid ID.  Advance tickets will not be available for this event, and the admissions cost is $10 at the door.  Doors open at 8, with the show starting just after 9pm.

I set the Meetup time at 8:45 pm.  Since I am involved with helping with set up for Status Dropout Entertainment events, I will reserve seating for the group.

Please, please, please try to be accurate with your RSVPs.  I expect that this will be a full room, but don't let that deter you from inviting guests.  The more, the merrier!  I am a wizard at creating comfortable seating arrangements.

Psst!  Have you checked out the PDX Comedy Fans page on Facebook?  It's a great way to stay up-to-speed on our Meetups and other Comedy shows in Portland!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
