The Biggest Tour Ever Ever: Apocalypse @Star Theater $8 Advance/$10 Door

This show involves Stand-Up Comedy, The Guinness Book of World Records, and a raucous romp across all 50 states.  I just don't know how to further summarize this multidimensional show, so I will do a little cutting and pasting from the event invite instead:

The Biggest Tour Ever Ever: Three comedians, Kristine Levine (Portlandia, Unbookables, Edinburgh Fringe Fest) Andrew Ouellette, and Morgan Preston have toured the entire 50 United States in 50 days -without a break- in order to qualify for a Guinness Book world record.

They did it despite overwhelming odds including; performing during Hurricane Sandy in Maryland, an Earthquake in Virginia, promoters who didn't promote and almost cost them all of their hard work in New Mexico, rockstars that bailed the
m out and created a show in 45 minutes in New Mexico, and clubs that backed out last minute. Oh, and Morgan lost a tooth on a microphone.

These f**kers are punk rock. And we get to welcome them home.

Join comedian Belinda Carroll as she hosts this multimedia stand-up comedy event starring Kristine Levine, Andrew Ouellette, and Morgan Preston as they take you on the roller coaster ride of the last 50 days.

And just to tempt fate we are doing this on the day the Mayan calendar runs out and the end of the world is predicted. Why? Because f**k fate, that's why.

THIS EVENT IS NOT TO BE MISSED! You will be sad on the inside if you miss it. You don't want to be sad, do you?

Tickets: 8 bucks in advance and 10 dollars at the door

Advance Tickets:

So, I think that about sums it up!  If you'd like to peek further into what might be in store for us, you can check out the tour's Facebook page here:

This show was simply inspiring! To think that the three stars of the show decided to book themselves outside of the Comedy Club circuit box, and triumphed in such a major cool! I loved hearing their adventures! My favorite line from the show? Kristine: "Comics! You've got to decide how much you should be making, and don't let them tell you otherwise! YOU decide your worth!" Another of my favorite moments? When the performers told of how they turned down a $2500 gig based on wanting to be ethical and fair to a lower-paying customer that had already booked them for the night. At that point, an audience member raised her hand and shouted, "But TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS...?!" The reply was that they weren't about cancelling last minute on the original booking, and that they always had the high-rolling customer to go back and visit. And now, the high-dollar customer had respect for their business ethics, and saw their trustworthiness...

    Hey Comedy Lovers,
I have two tickets to see Louis CK in Seattle for this Friday at 7pm. I bought them ages ago and unfortunately, plans have changed. I paid $90 for them both and that's all I'm asking. Let me know if you're interested!
