Practice laughter as an exercise and condition yourself to be more in touch with your inner-joy. Non-competitive play and simple chair exercises while laughing interspersed with deep breathing and slow breathing exercises gently raise the heart rate sufficient for moderate aerobic conditioning… and many many other benefits!
