As you know, Laughter Yoga is a combination of play, clapping, laughter exercises, movement, breathing and meditation.
No poses. No special clothes. No yoga experience.
All that you really need is a desire to laugh. And even if you don't feel like laughing, just a desire to feel better will do.
This is for you if you want to (enlighten) up; meet new people; experience a mood altering experience; desire more play in your life; need some stress relief; or just want to do something different on a Monday night.
Some sessions will be seated, others standing, and of course we all play at our own level of comfort and ability.

Suggested donation is $3-$10 dollars. 10% is donated to the church. No one turned away for lack of funds. You can help me clean up in exchange.
This is a weekly laughter yoga club. So it will repeat until I let you know different.
