Hello peoples,
We are moving to NoPo and have put up our house for sale in NEPo:

http://www.rmlsweb.co...

Open House this Sunday 12-2pm.

Front yard sheet mulched with medicinals, natives and edibles.
Backyard has a nice attached greenhouse I finished last year (see photos), mulch basin, 3 (3'x3'x6') compost bins, chicken coop, hugelkultur beds, black bamboo clump, fig tree, honeycrisp apple trees, grape vines (steuben and suffolk red), berries galore, edible perennials etc.

Energy audit was done in November, the house is nice and tight (not too tight), I have that available if you want to read.
Basement is tall enough to renovate and expand living space.
Did soil tests last year and have amended soil accordingly. Have this available for your perusal as well.
Backyard Habitat Certified Silver (Audubon Society of Portland Program)

Come check it out. It's a great home with good neighbors.
Thanks!
Michael
