Attend a Sierra Singles Burrito Bar Potluck

Let's begin the spring season with a Burrito Bar potluck fling. I'll provide flour and corn Tortillas and you provide the fillings and desserts, along with your favorite beverage. We can sip Rum cocktails and Margaritas while feasting on different wraps with a Mexican flair topped with an imaginative array of ingredients and enjoying great company in the beautiful John Ross amenities room I've booked for us.

If the weather is warm we can enjoy an after-dinner coffee and ice cream in the outdoor area of the amenities room or watch a movie on the big screen TV, and then nosh some more on desserts! I've booked the room from noon to 4 pm for us! It has a full kitchen with oven (no stove) and microwave, a great open space to sit or mingle and a beautiful outdoor garden area.

We are in need of a few more people to bring basic meat, bean or veggie fillings to include in the wraps. Please contact Sharon at [masked] or[masked] if you can help out. Also, it would be nice if guests bring reusable food containers and minimize throwaway plastic wrapping and bottles.
Sierra Club Singles and South Waterfront Over 40 Social Club are all invited, so we can intermingle. Hope to see you there!
*It's the elliptical building at the corner of Gaines and River Parkway, a short walk away from the OHSU tram. Look for Bambuza restaurant at corner of Moody and Gaines or Gentle Dental and you're there. Metered parking on street or hop the street car from downtown

I woke up at 3:30am very sick, either the flu or food poisoning. Sadly, I will miss coming, but am going to be staying in bed.

I need around five people to commit to bringing some basic burrito fillings, so we don't end up with only condiments and cheese. Please let me know if you can bring a specific filling and what it will be. I need around five folks to agree to bring meats, beans and veggies as our staples for the fillings. A crock pot to keep them warm would be great or in a microwavable or heatproof dish. We do not have a stove top, but have an oven and microwave. Thanks, Sharon

I recently moved to Portland. I have been involved with Sierra Club for over 20 years as member and a leader with LA and Santa Barbara/ Ventura chapters of Southern California. Looking forward to outings in and around Portland.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
