This is a local group for anyone interested in wild ales, sour ales, wild gruits, and lambic beer. We'll meet to sample classic and new brews, attend craft beer festivals, tour breweries, and share home brews. Occasionally, we'll also sample "natural wines," funky ciders, and kombucha. We will do our best to pair these drinks with fermented foods, too.

This is not a general "beer meetup" and we are quite selective and focused. If you have a serious interest in the use of wild yeast or spontaneous fermentation we welcome you.
