Refuel and recharge from your busy day with this dynamic and flowing practice which links breath and movement through a creative and unique sequence of postures that balance endurance, strength and flexibility, while cultivating mindfulness. This is a mixed level class, with suggestions given for those who want to intensify their practice, as well as modifications and props for those who are newer to yoga. This is a fun and playful class with interesting and inspiring themes and music! This is an ongoing drop-in class every Tuesday and Thursday, starting October 15th.
