Please Read This Entire Post!

This bar is owned by Portland's very own Bo, the native Thailand restauranteur who owns the Typhoon restaurants in town. This is one of my absolute favorite Thai restaurants in town and I am picky having spent about 2 months in Thailand in 2006! The space is hip, the service friendly and the food is "aroi mak", which means "very delicious" in Thai! I can hardly wait to tickle my tastebuds here next month! Happy Hour runs from 4-6.

This is a bar. We will not have a large table designated to our group but we will be taking up a good portion of this bar. In the back there is a cool room with cushioned bench seats around the exterior with some tables in the middle. I thank you in advance for NOT belly aching to me if you feel it was not condusive to meeting every single other meetup member.

Due to the fact that this place is setting aside about 80% of their bar to our group, there will be a $10 minimum per person, on the honor system. I know some will spend more and a few will spend less but I want to make sure we are welcomed back here so please expect to order a couple of drinks and food. I realize some people don't drink alcohol but keep in mind that the majority of places that offer happy hour food have a one drink minimum so order a juice or soda along with your food.

This should go without saying but be respectful of the servers as most places are not accustomed to doing separate checks for a group as large as ours.
