The Re-Reincarnation of Brasserie Montmarte

This event is cross posted in the New in Town group and also my PDX Wine & Adventure group so it will be a big event. Please only rsvp in one of the event postings so I have an accurate count of attendees. Space is limited!

Oui, Oui!  This place was extremely popular "back in the day" but closed it's doors for several years before new owners opened the doors again.  That was a short lived ownership and the doors were shuttered once again.  Now new owners have brought new life to this block near Pioneer Square by opening the doors and offering French-American cuisine!

What:  Extended Happy Hour in Private Room Downstairs (normal happy hour ends at 6 but they have agreed to extended it for our event!)

When: 5-7 on Wed, September 7th

What:  Delicious happy hour menu including candied spiced nuts, butter lettuce salad, duck fat pommes frites, fried Parisian gnocchi with truffle aioli and more.  Drink specials include $3 Kronenbourg beer, $4 house red and white wine, $4 well drinks and they are adding a Ruby Slipper specialty cocktail to the menu for $5.

Why:  Mix and mingle with some new and old friends while trying out the fabulous food and drink in the welcoming downstairs private bar area.

Where:  This place is located on 6th St., which runs between Nordstrm and Pioneer Square, just one block to the north.  It is on the MAX line.

It's always been one of my fav spots. The group was happy and engaging but I didn't like being downstairs . Thank you Tamara for choosing this venue

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
