Consuming data from REST services using Restkit and CoreData by Hasan Adil

We'll go over how to consume JSON data that comes to an app using REST web services from servers. The JSON data then needs to saved as objects in an app using for example Core Data for storage. We'll see efficient ways to do this. It becomes very important when the data model is very large and its not possible to manually map JSON fields to CoreData object properties.

As always, if anyone would like to demo their app or any code, please do so!

See you all at the meetup.

Hasan

Hey Guys - We have beer on tap at the Vets First Choice office - if you want to drink a beer or two, just bring a few bucks for the donation box. (I suggest $1 to $2 per pint).

Looking forward to meeting all of you guys tomorrow.

    Cheers!

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
