I follow the primal blueprint (a la Mark Sisson of Mark's Daily Apple). Works for me!
Not anymore! Amazing what eating correctly can do.
I hike, sprint, and resistance train (mainly body weight, dumbbells, and kettlebell).
As often as once/week would be nice.
I've been primal (similar to paleo) for just over a year now, looking to meet some likeminded folks.
