What is your current nutritional approach?

Mostly organic fruits, veggies and meats. Seasonal eater. Gluten, soy & 95% diary free.

Do you have health concerns you'd like to address with nutrition? If so, what are they?

I have an autoimmune condition, Hashimoto's, that has responded really well to a clean, organic diet but I have a serious sweet tooth that sets me back at times.

Do you currently engage in any regular exercise program?

Yoga 2-4 times per week, belly dancing, tai chi, laughter yoga, regular neighborhood walks with my husband.

Any specific meetups you would like to see? ie family friendly/exercise based/potlatch/eating out/cooking lessons/book club/instruction based?

Neighborhood walks, cooking lessons (my biggest challenge with eating healthy), book club would be fun.

What are the best days and times for you to attend meetups?

Introduction

I have mostly addopted a paleo diet being gluten, (mostly) dairy and soy free for over 2 years now but have still struggle with carbs despite having a grain sensitivity. I hope to learn some creative ways for keeping my diet on track.
