Mostly organic fruits, veggies and meats. Seasonal eater. Gluten, soy & 95% diary free.
I have an autoimmune condition, Hashimoto's, that has responded really well to a clean, organic diet but I have a serious sweet tooth that sets me back at times.
Yoga 2-4 times per week, belly dancing, tai chi, laughter yoga, regular neighborhood walks with my husband.
Neighborhood walks, cooking lessons (my biggest challenge with eating healthy), book club would be fun.
I have mostly addopted a paleo diet being gluten, (mostly) dairy and soy free for over 2 years now but have still struggle with carbs despite having a grain sensitivity. I hope to learn some creative ways for keeping my diet on track.
