Paleo, with slip-ups. We are strictly gluten-free in our household, and due to life-threatening food allergies, my kids are also soy-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, garbanzo bean-free and green pea-free. Dairy is also avoided due to allergies, but isn't life-threatening..
Nothing regular. Walking, trying some yoga.

My schedule varies based on what my kids and husband are up to.
I have been transitioning to Paleo from gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free for the last six months. I would love to meet other people passionate about good nutrition to share ideas!
