Do you have health concerns you'd like to address with nutrition? If so, what are they?

Do you currently engage in any regular exercise program?

I like to constantly mix it up. I recently quite my traditional gym and have been training on my own. I am a certified racewalk instructor and former fitness trainer. I am somewhat of a minimalist as far as fitness training.

Any specific meetups you would like to see? ie family friendly/exercise based/potlatch/eating out/cooking lessons/book club/instruction based?

Not sure, I have to juggle it around family obligations.

What are the best days and times for you to attend meetups?

I'm flexible all around for now.
