Lean meats. Lots of veggies. Some fruit & nuts. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're satisfied. Eat whole foods only, get lots of sleep, alternate between hard workout days and moderate workout days.
I create a workout schedule at the beginning of every week. I like to be creative and change it up. I workout at least 45 min to 1 hour each day. I work out 6 out of 7 days in a week :)

evenings after 6pm. Weekends anytime :)
