Yes, I used to run trail quite a bit - mostly single track and bridle back in the day and trying get back into it. I used to organize another trail running group back in Raleigh, NC.
Run trail injury free and to meet new fun people! Make PTR the best running group on the West Coast, maybe even better than RTR :-)
