This group aims at exploring all aspects of Psychology with an emphasis on Positive Psychology and how to put such knowledge into practical use in our lives. Students and experts in the field of Psychology are encouraged to join this group to share their knowledge.
We'd also love to hear, from personal experience, what are some effective strategies for dealing with and overcoming depression, anxiety and stress. But even beyond this, how do we go from being "not bad" to being confident, successful, happy and at peace with ourselves?
