Active Meditation & Practical Tips for Managing Adult ADD ADHD

***This is a joint meeting with Chicago ADD ADHD Meditation Circle:

This workshop is specifically designed for, while not limited to, people with ADD/ADHD Attention Deficient (Hyperactivity) Disorder. Significant others, parents and friends of ADDers are welcome!

We'll start with physical and mindfulness exercises such as deep stretching, breathing, relaxation and active meditation. We will also be sharing ADD/ADHD related information, resources and experiences. You may also bring your questions or challenges to the workshop.

Please dress comfortably so you can move freely for moderate physical activities.

This workshop is free of charge, while you must RSVP to attend. Also please arrive 10-15 minutes early for warm-ups.
