A fun, friendly and informal group where living positively is the focus. Meet other positive people of all ages in your area. This group is all about inspiration, motivation, and encouragement. Meetings have agendas, but are very flexible - personal growth and development strategies of all kinds are discussed. Everyone is welcome to share and learn through presentations, guest speakers, mini-workshops, book reviews, DVDs. One week we could be discussing Eckhart Tolle and "The Power of Now" (no reading required) and the next week we may discuss meditation, coaching, goal-setting, the Law of Attraction, affirmations, alternative health - it really depends on what the group is interested in. The mission is to meet and become inspired to be "Positively Alive!"
