Bryn Mawr Yule Ball

Bryn Mawr Yule Ball
with
The Whomping Willows
The Moaning Myrtles
The Ministry of Magic
The Mudbloods

Some of the biggest names in Wizard Rock are donning their dress robes and congregating in Bryn Mawr College's Great Hall (yes, it's actually called that) to celebrate the holiday season!

Get dressed up if you feel so inclined, and join The Mudbloods, The Ministry of Magic, The Moaning Myrtles, and The Whomping Willows as they "Wrock the Mawr" this December. It's FREE!

The event is open to Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore students, as well as the general public!

Special note: IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, you need to be accompanied by an adult, as per college policy. Sorry folks.

My daughter & I were quite entertained by both the crowd and the facilities. The Great Hall & campus were breathtaking (especially in the snow); we're going back in the daylight to take pix and stroll the campus. The music was OK, it had a decent beat & my daughter copuld dance to it so we'll give it a 75. (Then again - my daughter can dance to just about anything)!

Nice event. I attended with my wife. I could not connect with Philadelphia group with the large crowd at Yule Ball.

I didn't hear or understand the lyrics, but it was fun to hang around all the cool Harry Potter fans.

I have no idea how tickets are handled, since the event is free. Try asking on the Facebook page for the show!

Do we need tickets, or can we just show up?

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
