Janet Beazley's Bluegrass Slow Jam

Slow Jam 2:30pm - 4pm. Doors open at 2pm.

$5 per person

We are delighted that veteran bluegrass musicians Janet Beazley and Chris Stuart are coming to Poway the first Sunday of each month to lead their popular Bluegrass Slow Jam.

This Slow Jam is ideal for beginning to intermediate guitarists, fiddlers, banjo, and mandolin players interested in learning the bluegrass repertoire and jamming etiquette.

Each month, we'll learn a new song at a slow, easy pace, and practice kickoffs and endings, taking instrumental breaks, and playing back-up.

ALL AGES WELCOME!

All acoustic instruments welcome!

Bring your friends and family.

Come sing, play, and have a jammin' good time.

For further details and to receive the complete slow jam song list and individual PDF lyric/chord sheets, email Janet at jmbeazley @ gmail.com

Hey, no worries. Busy is good! We managed to get 5 more songs recorded. The jam will be there when you can make it! :)

Christine, I am so sorry I could not make it today. Sometimes I wish I was "me, myself and I" so I could be in 3 places at one time!
    Or at least 2 places!!!!
I'll come again when things are less busy (and believe it or not they do get less busy at times). Thanks for carrying on,
    Laurel :)

We needs lots of folks to come and sing, sing, sing today. We're recording the missing songs for the Soundcloud site and reviewing others.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
