love the music....all things folk ...polka ...old world....I am 1/4 Irish 1/4 Scottish and 1/2 Norwegian....I find homes for exchange students from all over....www.chinet.org is the web site...still have 8 high school students to place ..[masked]

What is first folk song you can remember hearing?

I dont know....maybe hush now dont you cry...tura lura lura ....my scottish grandmother when i was very small....she was married to a Irishman...haha....

Do you like to play or listen or both?

I wish i could play..... love love the music... I will be in charge of about 10 kids next august...many need homes still....i would love to have families host that would enjoy the musical kids i have www.chinet.org they have their own spending money they help with chores even can babysit....they are fully insured also...we take on field trip enroll in school and do monthly calls and reports...we are a non profit exchange student program (approved and monitered by the State) since 1980 thanks for any help!!!! Juan likes horses volleyball and plays the guitar...he wants to be a doctor in the future... boy from So Korea plays drums,boy from Brazil singing and guitar, boy from Germany and girls from Spain loves music girl from Japan plays piano and violin and girl from Brazil loves music and theater...I will be there step by step it will be best year ever!!! promise
