Are you running the ROC Race 5k in April?? This work out is specifically made to prepare. We will run a 5k in the park and use the park to create an obstacle course to challenge us. It will be a fun intense workout and will mimic the race itself!
Do you live next to Piedmont Park? Do you want to use it to your advantage? This is a group for motivated people who want to work out in the park together. This group is meant to be friendly and encouraging. We want to see results without spending crazy amounts of money on fad workout programs. It will be just the park and our group. We will look to each other for encouragement and creative ways to use the park to work out. And most of all we will have fun!
