Power-up your dating savvy by understanding yourself.

Attending a mini-workshop series will introduce you to some new tools for navigating dating’s rocky terrain, working through obstacles, and growing as much as you can in the meantime!  Because when it comes to growing and developing, it's really true that---->    "Skills and support = increased success"

Dating is supposed to be fun, but it tends to be a challenging process for many people. Especially when there are barriers..Get an edge by sharpening your tools with the support of other members and a professional facilitator. Increased competency at dealing with the ups and downs, translates into confidence. And true confidence- built on clarity and real understanding- makes a big difference.

It's a fun, stress-free way to learn some new things, start getting connected and start thinking about things a little differently.  The three sessions are formatted as structured discussions and group exercises, with "bonus" dating tips included at the end of each session, and optional homework to keep your momentum going in between meetings.
