Welcome!

This group is for the purpose of meeting with others on a path of spiritual growth and development. We will be sharing practices intended to help one another along our individual paths. We will explore all aspects of being and experience, as all aspects are unified, and every practice, whether physical, mental or spiritual affects the whole.

Join us if you want to learn or share practices that will help each participating member to create more consciously, increase our alignment with our True Selves and enjoy our human experience more profoundly. Join us if you respect free will, and you are open to allowing others to follow their own paths as they choose, without judgment and without trying to define "the way" for anyone else.

If you feel the need to stoke your ego by showing off your knowledge or bragging about your spiritual experiences, this is not the group for that. We DO desire that every member share things that others can put to practical use in their own lives.

May we be open, curious, full of wonder. May we be accepting, caring and supportive. May we always maintain the receptivity and elasticity of the beginner's mind. We don't have to believe everything. We don't have to believe anything at all. Still, we can remain open to possibilities, rather than closed by our "knowledge". If something works for us, we can accept it and use it. If it is not a good fit, we are free to discard it.
