Weekly Saturday Meditation

This week we will begin by practicing Energy Psychology exercise for balancing left and right hemispheres. It is simple and effective in supporting greater attention, coordination and tranquility. Energy Psychology exercises are short and a great way to manage stress throughout the day.

This week's meditation will be a centering meditation.

Come in comfortable and warm clothes, bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on and bring an open mind and heart. Look forward to seeing you there :)
