Qigong and Tai Chi in the Park.

83 yr old John Huie, a Shaolin Kung Fu Master has been coming to Rocklin’s Night Ridge Park every morning (except when raining) for the last 10 years to practice and teach his lifetime art of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Shaolin Kung Fu.

Sifu (master, teacher) loves to teach anyone with a desire to learn this ancient and gentle marshal art and he does it with great love in his heart. He has great patience and each person receives one on one lessons as needed.   There is no body to body contact or sparring of any kind.

Master Huie is a very wise man and imparts joy to everyone he meets. Any amount of time you spend in the presence of Sifu Huie is very calming and almost "magical". His life energy is felt by everyone!

Only new members coming for the first time need to RSVP because once you come the first time you are welcome to come back anytime. You can come every day, once a week, once a month, or even once a year.

There are no costs or even an expectation of donations at this meetup so leave your money at home and join us in on this path to better health - spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. Master Huie is a blessing to us all.

As the organizer of this Meetup, I do not make it to every single morning session but I am usually there at least 5 days a week.

Any questions? Please feel free to call me at[masked] or email me on Meetup.

See you in the park!

Susan just texted me and said the Tai Chi this morning was "lovely" and "exciting" and that Sifu showed her some of the Mulan sword. Man, this is the funnest thing I've ever done!
