This group is dedicated to moms-to-be and moms who understand the benefits of exercise during pregnancy and postpartum, who would like to meet other like-minded mommies! We will have amazing and relaxing Prenatal Yoga and Fitness Classes, Postpartum Stroller Fitness Classes and Mommy & Me postpartum exercise classes. Prenatal Fitness classes combine walking, yoga, and some resistance bands. We will also have weekly prenatal yoga classes. Stroller fitness/mommy and me classes combine walking with your babies, along with resistance bands, yoga and some other fun stretching routines with your babes! All pregnant moms welcome, as well as postpartum moms with babies/toddlers in strollers! Come meet other moms and talk about everything pregnancy, babies, and in between!
