What topics would you like to see covered at upcoming meet ups?

Logistics. The roads barely move when it's a holiday weekend. Imagine if there were a problem! Non lethal self protection alternatives-tactical training. Collaboration.

Hey! Great meeting last night and looking very forward to our next. It's nice connecting with people who have the same interests and philosophys. FYI, there is a hamm radio get together June 27th-29 at 3711 Casper Dr. in New Berlin. It's on the same driveway as their recycle center. It's still in the permit stage but if anything comes up, i'll let you know.

Great seeing everyone last night. While it was a long drive for me, it was worth the trip.

Anyone happen to know where within the Hartland library we're supposed to be meeting? I've never been so maybe it will be obvious once I get there tonight but thought I'd ask.

Been rather quiet here. Just wanted to confirm we're still on for this coming Tuesday? If it is ok with our host, I might bring along a couple of door prizes.

I think as long as the group has no issues with it and your parents are alright with it also then I say welcome please attend.

Pete, is there anything specific you're hunting for or looking to get rid of with regards to sale/trade?

    March 27

    • Pete

Not really. Madison preppers just started doing this and 8ts a hit. I can bring farm fresh eggs now and honey in fall. I do have a few pallets of mason jars. I love getting new stuff at meetings. Its like christmas

  • Pete

I would like to see trade/sale tables looking forward to trying a new group. Maybe closer to home. Member of madison preppers as well.

Urban prepping certainly has unique challenges so I'd love to hear some discussions on that topic. Talking about prepping on a budget would also be useful. While we'd all probably love 100 acres out in the middle of nowhere with an off-grid fully self-sufficient retreat stocked to the gills with all sorts of goodies, few of us can afford such extravagance.

Food procurement, Gardening, First Aid, Survival tactics (including urban), proper water procurement and treatment. The 10C of survivability. The lists can go on and on. Love the first topic and I will be glad to bring my bag. Gives me reason to look over my gear again. :) Not that I really need another reason.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
