We were a small group last evening but we touched on many subjects and shared views comfortably. I think we enjoy an unstructured format; I appreciate a casual approach, not to mention a few laughs.

hi all- received an email from the manager of sam singleton, the "atheist evangelist" who would like to do a show in prescott. i am not familiar with his work, but he looks like a satirst, and it might be good for a chuckle. Check his website at:

Here's an excerpt of the email I got- any interest? Ideas for venues?

"It would be possible to do a show in Prescott on Jan 30 or 31. We would need a space seating at least 30, which could be any of a variety of venues of the type that Brother Sam has used before; meeting room or banquet hall, pub or restaurant with a private room, coffee house or art gallery, UU Church or library, theater or auditorium. We have had very nice events in all the other spaces mentioned, as well as private homes with spacious living rooms.

If you have some suggestions, and can help get the word out to your members on this rather short notice, please let me know and we will discuss possibilities."

    what do y'all think?
