Founded in 1974, the Preservation Association of Central New York (PACNY) is dedicated to the conservation of our area’s historic architecture, neighborhoods and mainstreets, preserving the past through adaptive reuse to serve as a living part of our community. PACNY is Central New York’s voice for good stewardship of the man-made environment – including buildings, neighborhoods, landscapes and archaeological resources. This group is for anyone interested in getting in on these efforts, talking with others about how to best conserve our built history, and learning more about the gems we have in the Central New York area.
