    Leeny Hoffmann did a great job explaining the Paleo lifestyle and its benefits. She also provided good supporting information without going overboard on the how's and why's. She also provided lots of resources to allow us to find out more details in our own. The staff at Local Harvest Grocery was incredie and the meal was wonderful. I will definitely be making friends with the people at that store and making it a regular stop on my weekly grocery trips. The biggest key, for me, to the Paleo diet is eating high quality sources of protein and produce and it sure looks like LHG has a great selection of high quality food even in the winter.

    Seminar was very informational. I appreciated the fact that she didn't go on about being 100% paleo but talked about how to fit it into your life. I liked the info about the 30 day challenge. Best part was getting recipes and info about My websites and books. Really appreciated that she took the time to talk to me about cross fit and how to fit my job (evil food scientist) into the paleo life. The dinner was great! Never thought I would enjoy a paleo dessert. Was always scared to try squash to replace spaghetti. My paleo meals have been rather boring. Tasting these dishes has challenged me to improve my own meals!
